Features and Benefits of lattice products by Ryan Forest Products

Clinched staple method unique to Ryan Forest Products. All Lattice Panels are crimp stapled for superior panel integrity. We use only clinched staples in the manufacture of our lattice panels. The result of this is a stronger panel as the ends of each staple are actually bent over and penetrated back into the lath strip. There is a tightening effect on the overall panel by using this type of staple. This adds up to a real benefit to the end user, as the panel is very strong and does not come apart easily.

Our lath is selected for quality. All panels are manufactured from selected KD lath for superior panel appearance. Our lath is selected for quality before being manufactured into panels. We believe in the logic that quality in means quality out. We follow this logic every day, and are able to produce a high grade panel with good appearance.

Any panels that come off the assembly line damaged are put to one side, before being repaired. By doing this, we can be sure that every panel in the lift meets our quality standards. This means that every panel is saleable, and the end user will have a very high grade and premium lattice panel.

Only kiln dried lumber is sawn with 24 tooth saw blades, in order to produce smooth lath that has a superior appearance and finishes easily.

Your Choice of Finishes:

  • ACQ Preservative is used for all treated panels to extend the life of the lattice product by protecting it from fungal decay and termite attack.
  • Warm, natural cedar
  • Pre-stained brown, factory applied, produces consistent, long-lasting color on all sides of the wood

Latex Emulsion Stain is used. It is extremely adherent, forming a durable high quality coating.

All panels are dense packed (where possible). Our panels are nested into each other, and by doing this we are able to dense pack our lifts. This means that we can put more panels on a truck, and more panels in the treating cylinder, thereby reducing costs.

Our method of stacking lattice reduces damage and waste.4 Spacer Pallets for easier handling and less damage. We use a four spacer pallet on the top and the bottom of each lift, which eases handling and helps reduce damages and waste.

Our product line offers both selection and assortment to satisfy a multitude of applications. This wide mix in both finishes and panel styles adds up to high consumer acceptance, and a panel for every need.

Cedar panels are wrapped with UV Protective lift covers. Our cedar panels have UV covers in order to reduce fading and present a fresh looking product to the customer.

All panels UPC Bar Coded. In order to satisfy the technology being used in retail facilities today, we apply a UPC bar code label on every panel. This makes the product easy to identify and also reduces shipping and pricing errors.

By committing to an in stock inventory, we are always ready to ship, thereby putting inventory in place for seasonal demands.

Our high level of service and our successful track record makes us dependable. We have found that this leads to happy repeat customers.
